Ingredients

    2 lbs.ground turkey breast (or extra lean ground beef).
    2 cups oatmeal, uncooked
    4 egg whites
    16 ozs/ can nas tomato sauce
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. (4 Tbs.) Oregano
    1/4 c. (4 Tbs.) Basil
    1/4 c. (4 Tbs.) Thyme
    1/4 c. (4 Tbs.) Garlic powder

    *nsa - no sodium added.

Directions

1. Mix ground turkey, uncooked oatmeal, egg whites, tomato sauce, finely chopped onions, garlic, and spices.
2. Divide into 2 loaves. Place into 2 bread/meatloaf dishes.
3. Bake at 350 for 60 min.
