Introduction

Eat as a side dish or top on a salad. Eat as a side dish or top on a salad.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 oz Turkey, cut up
    1-2 oz Whole grain Pasta, cooked
    1/3 cup peas
    half of Red Bell Pepper
    half of med onion
    4 T mayo
    2 T Horshradish sauce
    spices to taste
    top with Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Cut up veges, mix peas, spices and mayo & horsy sauce in large bowl. Add pasta and mix well.

Can be eaten as a side dish or layer a bed of lettuce and other favorite veges and put a serving on top.

Makes about 2 large or 4 small servings approximately 1 cup for small serving.
