Number of Servings: 12


    1 1/4 c. of light bisquick
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar (2%)
    1/2 c. water

    For Garlic Butter:

    1/2 stick of light butter
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. dried parsley flakes


Add bisquick, water, and cheddar cheese to bowl, mix. Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheet lined with parcement paper and spray a little cooking spray to prevent sticking. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min. While thsee are baking melt 1/2 stick of butter (or light butter) in a microwavable bowl, stir in 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/8 tsp. of dried parsley.

When biscuits come out of oven place on a platter and brush on garlic butter mixture. This will absorb into the biscuit. Mixture makes 12 small biscuits.

    Very Good
    This was a great quick to make, tasty bread option! I'd definitely cut down on the butter - it might take 2 tablespoons to cover the 18 mini buns i made! Hubby loved it - and that counts for a lot! - 12/4/08
