Introduction

Ingredients

    18 oz chicken breast
    1 large egg
    1 egg white
    3/4 cup frenchs fried onion crushed = 12 tbsp
    1/2 cup panko crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

line pan with foil and spray with cooking spray set aside

beat egg and egg white in a bowl deep enough for chicken season eggs with pepper and garlic powder to your liking

in another bowel place panko crumbs and frenchs onion crumbs

slice chicken breast in 1/2 or butterfly can also place between wax paper and pound flat so thick part is equal to rest of chicken breast

dip each chicken in egg then crumb mixture place on foil lined sheet spray top with cooking spray bake 30-40 minutes or until crispy and chicken cooked

serves 6 3 oz eachs
