Introduction

Old WW recipe, gives BIIG cookie--cakie type cookies. Tasty and soft, If you sandwiched them together with vaniila frosting, you'd have a whoopie pie type cookies. Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup light brown sugar
    1/4 cup light margarine
    2 medium eggs
    3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    100 grams chocolate chips, I like the mini ones

Directions

Makes 24, they cook fast, be careful and check--8-10 minutes.

Use Pam or parchement on cookie sheets.

1.Preheat oven to 375.
2.Mix together the first 4 ingredients.
3.Set aside.
4.Mix together the next 3 ingredients.
5.Blend together first& second and add yogurt, vanilla and chocolate chips.
6.Dough will be on the wet side.
7.Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
8.Bake 8-10 minutes.

    Incredible!
    I have made these for years. I freeze them individually. When I have a craving for chocolate, I put one in the microwave and warm it up- so , so good! If I have it, I will sometimes put a TBS of frozen fat-free Cool Whip. - 3/18/10
