Introduction

This is a medium to thick soup. You can make it hot by adding 1/4 cup of hot chili peppers. If you don't like any ingredent please subtract.

Ingredients

    You will need the following:
    1 lb LEAN GROUND BEEF
    2- 28oz CANNED DICED TOMATO (ANY FLAVOR YOU LIKE)
    2-15oz BUSH CHILI BEANS
    1-150z WHITE CORN (frozen or canned)
    1-15oz YELLOW CORN (frozen or canned)
    1-15oz CANNED BLACK BEANS (rinsed)
    1/4 cup CHILI PEPPER (OPTIONAL)
    1-15oz TOMATO SAUCE
    1 PACKAGE LOW SODIUM TACO SEASONING
    1 PACKAGE DRY RANCH DRESSING
    1 cup FRESH CHOPPED CILANTRO
    32oz FAT FREE CHICKEN BROTH

    IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE CHICKEN YOU CAN SUB THAT WITH THE BEEF.

Directions

Brown beef and onion in a skillet till brown.
In a large pot add other ingredents and simmer for approx 60-90.
THERE ARE 18 SERVINGS OF 1.5 CUPS WEIGHT WATCHERS: 3 PTS.

YOU CAN FREEZE FOR FUTURE DESIRE.
