    Very Good
This was a great recipe. I used chopped tomatoes instead of sauce. And I've made it before--NEVER with sugar! Cooking onions brings out a sweetness in the dish without added sweetener! (My potatoes go in with the cabbage! Both are nicely blended w/ the sausage.) - 10/4/15

My husband likes this even though he's not a big fan of cabbage. It's tasty and very hearty. But, I would add the potatoes earlier because they took to long to soften and they didn't pick up the flavor as well as they should have. - 12/1/12
