This is from Accent Health. I seen it in the waiting room and it looked very good. I use Edy's Slow Churned Vanilla Ice Cream. The recipe calls for Frozen Yogurt. This is VERY good!!! Ingredients

    6 cups assorted berries
    1/4 C. honey
    1 T. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    4 T. fresh lemon juice (approx. 3 lemons)
    1/3 C. Whole Wheat Flour
    1/3 C. Regular Oats
    1/4 C. Packed Brown Sugar
    3 T. Butter
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Put the first seven ingredients in a bowl. Combine well and then place in 8X10 baking pan.
3. To prepare the topping, combine flour and next four ingredients in a small bowl and toss with a fork until well-blended.
4. Sprinkle topping evenly over berry mixture.
5. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
