Ingredients

    2 Granny Smith Apples
    2 TBS Splenda Brown Sugar
    2 TSP Light Buttery Spread
    1/4 TSP Ground Cinnamon
    Water

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Spray small baking pan with nonfat cooking spray.

Core apples. Place apples in baking pan standing upright.

Place 1 TBS Splenda Brown Sugar, 1 TSP Light Buttery Spread, and 1/8 TSP Ground Cinnamon inside each apple.

Fill bottom of baking dish 1/4 inch with water.

Bake apples for 30 to 40 min, or until desired tenderness.

Makes 2 servings.
