Ingredients

    1lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
    2 Cups 2% Colby & Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
    1 Can RoTel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    1 Can Pillsbury Thin Pizza Crust
    1 Pkg Taco Seasoning

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray or grease cookie sheet. Unroll dough on the cookie sheet, and press dough into the corners.
2. Brown the beef, & season and mix as directed. Spoon evenly on dough. Top tomatoes & chilies.
3. Bake 13 to 16 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

    I added a thin layer of hot taco sauce over the crust prior to adding any of the topping and sliced black olives before baking. After baked, I let it cool for 7-8 minutes before it was topped with shredded lettuce, pico de galo, drizzled with fat free sour cream and additional hot taco sauce. - 4/9/10

    This is SO good - and SO easy! I added some Olives and a bit more seasoning when browning the meat... I was not sure with no 'sauce' - but it was really yummy! Made it for Bunko and there were no left overs!!! Thanks for sharing! - 11/7/08
