Introduction

This is just a little change on a PB&J. It's best with butter flavored Pam, but I used regular Vegetable oil Pam one day by accident and it works just fine. This is just a little change on a PB&J. Ingredients

2 slices whole grain white bread (any works, but this is what I usually use)
1 Tbs. grape jelly or jam
    1 Tbs. Smooth Peanut Butter
    Butter flavored cooking spray

Directions

Make the pb&j sandwich as you normally would. Spray outside of bottom piece of bread and place in a skillet or griddle heated over medium heat. Grill until golden. Spray top piece of bread and flip in pan. Grill other side until golden.

Be careful not to put too much peanut butter or jelly on because it will become runny, but it is a different twist on an old favorite.

    Very Good
This is one of my Favorite ways to eat PB&J.
Also works very nicely if you making lunch ahead of time, such as for school, work ect. It keeps the bread from getting soggy.
