Introduction

Ingredients

Yellow squash
Zuchinini squash
Broccoli
Carrot
Corn
Stovetop Stuffing already made
1 can Cream of chicken soup
6 oz Sour Cream
1/4 - 1/2 C Milk
Directions
Chunk and cook vegtables till tender / crisp (or use leftovers!). In a casserole dish place a layer of about 3/4 of the stuffing. Combine soup, sour cream and milk to make a rather thick sauce. Add vegies and toss to mix. Add viegie mix to the casserole dish and sprinkle the top in a crumbly fashion with the remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 untill bubbly and heated thru. Easily can make 10 1-cup servings.

I made it twice one time for a potluck but for myself I did not use the cream of chicken soup because I don't eat meat. But this was a really good recipe. - 10/28/08
