Introduction

Healthier than french fries! Healthier than french fries!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Oil
    1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
    1 egg white
    1/2 c bread crumbs
    1/4 c grated parmesan

Directions

Boil green beans until bright green, drain and cover with cold water. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan. Dip the beans in egg white, then bread crumb mixture and fry in skillet. Can be baked too. Four servings.

    Very Good
    Delish! A bit time consuming but that could have been the chef. I think adding a little flour to the mix may help he breading stay on better as I had the issue with breading falling off as well but overall tasty and made enough for 4 people! Went well with meatball subs too! - 8/23/17

    These taste pretty good, but we're having trouble getting the breading to stay on... will have to see what we can come up with to address that... - 8/1/09
