    1 half red onion finely chopped
    4 avacados
    1 small jar roasted red bell peppers
    2 fresh jalepeno peppers with/without seeds
    3 oz. apple cider vinegar
    3 oz. ranch dressing regular or lite
    1 lemon juiced
    1 oz. Tabasco
    8 oz. Romano or Asiago cheese shredded
    8 slices bacon
    Fresh cilantro to taste
    2 cloves of minced garlic


Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mash together with potato masher. Cover and serve later or eat right away. Any kind of dipper will work.
