Ingredients

* 1 block tofu, firm or extra firm
* 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
* 1 tsp Ginger Root, crushed
* 1/2 teaspoon bouillon cubes or granules
* 1/2 small onions, pureed
* 1 tsp chili paste (or as desired)
* 2 tbsp oil
Directions
Drain tofu, and dice into small pieces.
Mix soy sauce, ginger, onion, chili paste, and bouillon cube until smooth. Place tofu in a small sealable container, pour mixture overtop, put lid on - shake, and let sit for several hours to marinate. Shake every now and then.
Heat oil in a wok or small frying pan. Remove tofu from marinade, reserving the marinade. Fry tofu in oil, allowing it to get a little crispy. Stir/toss frequently. When tofu looks nicely fried, add marinade and fry until the liquid is mostly boiled off.
Mix with rice and stir-fried vegetables, or noodles, as desired!
Serving size is approximately 1/3 cup.
