Ingredients

    1 lb Hamburger meat 5% fat
    1 small onion
    2 cans (15oz) diced tomatoes (sugar free)
    chili powder
    cumin powder
    apple cider vinegar
    sweetener to taste

Directions

Brown the burger meat, onions and add the spices...add the canned tomatoes, vinegar and Sweetener to taste. Add water as necessary.

    The calorie count for the hamburger is wrong. If you use the nutritional info for Ground Beef, extra lean - 100 grams is 234 calories which makes this recipe 77 calories LESS per serving. - 10/10/12
