    1 serving hemp protein
    1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
    water to desired consistency
    unsweetened applesauce to desired sweetness

    oh - thanks for your comment! I listed this in the ingrediets database, but forgot to list it here - this recipe include a big handful (about a cup or so) of greens - spinach, arugula, kale, whatever you have on hand. glad you caught my error!
