Ingredients

    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 1/2 c sugar
    1 1/8 c canola oil
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c milk
    2 1/2 T poppy seed
    1 1/2 tsp lemon extract

Directions

Put all ingredients into a bowl; beat for 2 minutes. Put into 2 bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
