Ingredients

    6 tbsp Crisco Butter Flavored
    2 eggs
    1 c packed brown sugar
    1/2 c powdered sugar
    1/2 granulated sugar
    2 t vanilla
    1 c unsweetened applesauce
    3 3/4 c rolled oats (not instant)
    1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c raisins

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Dough should not be sticky.

Drop by heaping tablespoons on greased cookie sheet at least 2" apart.

Bake for 23 minutes. Makes 36 cookies
