Ingredients

    1 large head fresh cauliflower cleaned and broken into small pieces

    1/2 cup low fat or fat free sour cream

    1/2 cup shredded fat free mozzarella cheese

    1 Tbsp. dehydrated minced onion

    1 Tbsp dehydrated minced garlic

    1 tsp. dried thyme

    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

In baking dish, mix sour cream, 1/4 of the cheese, onion, garlic and thyme.

Add cauliflower, toss to coat.

Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper.

Cover and bake 20 minutes or until cauliflower is fork tender but not mushy.

Uncover and finish baking to nicely brown the top.

There may be water left at the bottom of the dish, carefully drain off.

Makes approximately 5 3/4 cup servings.

    Very Good
    I lined a 9X13 casserole dish with aluminum foil, sprinkle 2 tbls of water on it. Mixed 2 tbls olive oil and 2 tbls sriracha sauce with ingredients then add to cauliflower in plastic bag. Shake Bake at 375 for 33min covered and then another 20 uncovered, added the cheese last 10min, broil last 3min - 4/27/19

    This was pretty tasteless and dry. The cauliflower was still hard after 20 minutes. Definitely will not make this again. - 5/5/11
