Ingredients

    You will need a 14 ounce rib eye steak, 1 can of corn, 2 cups of pace chunky salsa, 1 cup of noodles, and 1 cup cheese.

    For a meal I eat about 1 to 1.5 cups. This is what I used to determine the serving size.

    I had to put 32 tbsp for the salsa due to the calculator here didn't have cups, but this is 2 cups.

Directions

Place the rib eye with the salsa in the Crockpot. use either one can of corn or 12 ounces. Cook this in the crockpot for 6 to 8 hours. I use white pasta, but the wheat pasta would be healthier ( I just don't like the wheat ). Put the pasta in the Crockpot either 30 min before the meat is cooked and falling apart or cook the pasta separate then combine. I save the cheese for last unless I decide to save the calories and just not use it.

This is a great meal on its own (though you would eat more then the serving) or with a nice salad to go with it.

    Thank you. There was a time when I made this for 3 weeks straight. I love it I vary it with stuffing or different veggies.
