Ingredients

    3 cups of Whole Wheat Flour
    1/3 Cup of sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
    4 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    12 oz of beer

Directions

mix all ingredients until batter is rough - may need to knead with hands - then cook for 50-60 minutes at 350.

    This was Very good. Would definitely make again! Next time I will cut the sugar down to 1/4c each instead of 1/3c. - 4/25/08
