Introduction

A great way to start the morning. My girls love this. You can even make the night before and put in the fridge. The cooking time will be 45 min if its been in the fridge. Ingredients

    2 slices of light bread tore in pieces
    8 oz ground turkey browned with onion salt and italian seasoning
    1 c mozzeralla cheese
    1 c cheddar cheese
    1 med potato shredded
    6 eggs
    1.5 c nonfat milk
    dill, dry ground mustard,salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put bread in bottom of greased 8X11 pan then layer with cooked turkey, potato, cheese. Mix eggs,milk and seasonings till whipped good then pour on top of the bread, turkey,potato,and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min.
