Ingredients

    Serves 3
    a) 2 cups medium sized mushrooms. Cut into 4 pcs each.
    b) 10 cloves of fresh garlic, crushed.
    c) 2 eggs or egg whites
    d) 2-3 tbs white flour
    e) 2 cups Low fat plain yogurt
    f) 2 tsp salt
    g) 1 tbs Oregano
    e) 1 tbs Black pepper
    f) oil 2 tbs


Directions

1. tie up the yogurt in a cotton hanker chief. Hang yogurt for 15 minutes, so as to drain all the water out of it.
2. put the thick yogurt in a bowl and add crushed garlic, 2 eggs, 2-3 tbs white flour. Beat this mixture and make a fine paste.
3. heat 1 tbs olive oil in a wok and sauté the mushrooms. remove from flame and keep aside.
4. now add 1 tbs olive oil to the wok and add the yogurt mixture. stir and cook well for about 7 minutes.
5. add salt, oregano and crushed black pepper to the mixture and stir well for 2 minutes.
6. Now add the pre-cooked mushrooms. stir for another minute. and garlic Mushroom in white sauce is ready to be eaten.
