Ingredients

    Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, cooked, pan-fried, 5 chop, excluding refuse (yield from (remove)
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, .25 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)

Directions

Place Pork in skillet with 2 tbs olive oil or sprayed with cooking spray till brown on all sides. While that is cooking combine cider vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce in measuring cup. When pork is browned but not done, place sauce and sliced onion in pan to cook for about 5 minutes. Place pork back into pan and cook till pork is completely done. It's really good served with mashed potatoes.
