Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups Pumpkin, cooked & mashed or one large 29 oz can of Libby Pumpkin
    4 Eggs, lightly beaten
    1 tsp Salt
    2 tsp Ginger, ground
    1/2 tsp Cloves, ground
    4 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2 12-oz cans evaporated non-fat milk
    1 1/2 cup Splenda Sweetner

Directions

Mix eggs and pumpkin. Add spices, Splenda and salt and mix well. Add milk and mix. Bake 60 minutes or as long as needed for knife to come out clean. Cool and refrigerate. Serve with Cool Whip Lite, if desired.
