Ingredients

    1 medium Onion - chopped
    2 Roma/Plum tomatoes - chopped
    1lb frozen thawed corn kernels
    1 jalapeno - chopped
    1 can black beans (15oz) - drained & rinsed
    4 TBSP fresh lime juice
    1 TBSP red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro - chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, refridgerate for 30 minutes then eat!
