    Bad
3 min is way too long...and I have an older microwave. It burnt the whole top half, and even when I tried again at shorter time, it tasted like soft cooked oatmeal with cocoa powder in it, not sweet at all....so really not the same as the traditional recipe for texture or taste. - 8/1/12

is the vanilla almond milk, vanilla almond soy milk? Or is there actually something called vanilla almond milk??? - 11/19/08

It's just almond milk--you can find it by the boxed soy and rice milks. Almond Breeze is the brand, just make sure you get unsweetened (it is very low-cal). I don't do soy but any other milk you like should work.
