Ingredients

    1.32 lb chicken
    2 cups brown rice
    1 family can cream of mushroom soup
    3 cups water
    seasoning to taste ( i use lemon peper garlic powder and itillan seasoning )
    1 bag of frozen carrots

Directions

Cut chicken in bite size peices put chicken and rice in pan along with carrots add mushroom soup and water together stir and mix up add seasons to that and pour over contents in pan I use a 13x9 casserole dish cover with foil and bake for 45-1 hr poke a small whole in foil to vent !
