    1 pound small potatoes, such as fingerling, peeled or scrubbed
    1 tbsp olie oil
    1 tsp dried rosemary
    Salt and pepper


Cook potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water until just cooked through. Drain. Add oil and rosemary; cook, stirring frequently, over medium-high heat, until potatoes begin to brown slightly. Season with salt and pepper.

    I added 1 pressed clove of garlic and some red onion to the oil and I also used fresh rosemary~! These were delicious! - 6/21/09

    These are a favorite in my house. I make them frequently. Loads of flavor without all the calories and fat. I highly suggest this recipe! - 11/1/10
