Introduction

Very flavorful and light pasta with fresh tomato and shrimp. Serve with a salad for a complete and delicious dinner. Enjoy a glass of wine too if you can spare the calories. Ingredients

    Olive Oil
    Garlic (chopped)
    Large Onion
    College Inn 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
    Basil
    Shrimp
    Pasta
    Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Place oil in a skillet with garlic and saute until browned slightly then add chopped onion and continue to saute until onions get soft. Add freh chopped tomatoes to onion mixture and stir.If it starts to brown too much add broth and continue to cook until all ingredients are soft. Add shrimp and fresh basil leaves(chopped or whole) and cook until shrimp turn pink. Add fresh ground pepper to taste.Pasta should be boiled according to package and can be made ahead of time. Once shrimp, tomato, onion mixture is done add patas to the skillet and toss well to coat pasta. Divide and serve. Add parmesan cheese as desired. Enjoy!!!
