Just some meat and cheese and egg beaters baked to perfection! Just some meat and cheese and egg beaters baked to perfection!

Ingredients

    Center cut bacon, turkey sausage patty, weight watchers shredded cheese, onions, and egg beaters. Gives you tons of protein to start your day with very few calories!!

Directions

Cut up the bacon, sausage, and onion. Mix in large bowl with the egg beaters and the shredded cheese. Put in sprayed 12x18 cake pan and bake at 350 for about 50 minutes. Let sit to cool. Middle will be liquidy and will set up as the bake cools. Slice and enjoy!
