Ingredients

    1 cup Edamame [frozen > thawed]
    1 cup Cherry/Grape Tomatoes
    1/2 cup Bell Pepper [green]
    2 TBSP of Lemon Juice
    Add a favorite salad dressing & calculate nutrition separate

Directions

Mix ingredients. Allow to marinate a while.
