    250gr.wheat germ
    water to cover
    4cups non fat milk
    6 tbsp sugar

Directions

rinse the wheat verry well than cover with water and let it boil. Cover and leave it to tender. in a plate put 2 tbsp of balila than cover with warm sugary milk &vanilla.
