Ingredients

1 onion
1 pound winter squash (preferably hubbard or sweet pumpkin)
1 pound yams or sweet potatoes
1 cup coconut milk
oil to saute
1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp. cloves, ground
salt to taste
Directions
Peel and chop onion. Peel and chop squash and yams into bite sized pieces.
Fry onion in a skillet until tender. Stir in all the other ingredients. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, until all the vegetables are tender. (10-15 minutes)
Makes about 8 1/2 cup servings
