Introduction
Easy to make, can add anything you like and fits into most diets! Easy to make, can add anything you like and fits into most diets!Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

1 pound ground beef* (or ground turkey)
1 Green pepper (can use any type of pepper you like)
2 packages of instant brown rice
Shredded Cheese (any type you like)
2 tsp olive oil
3 tsp. onion powder
3 tsp. garlic powder
1 pinch of salt (to taste)
1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Brown the ground beef in pan adding onion and garlic seasoning
Cook instant rice in separate pan
Cut up peppers into small pieces (cubs) and place in a bowl
Season peppers with oil, salt, & pepper
Add beef and rice to peppers in bowl
Stir all ingredients
Sprinkle cheese on top, once cheese is slightly melted mix all ingredients.
Heat tortilla in microwave till warm
Place spoon full of beef-rice-mix into tortilla.
Wrap tortilla and enjoy!!!
Additional note, tortilla can be served with salsa, sour cream, hot sauce or ranch!
Also onions and other veggies can be added to the mix depending on what you like.
For an unhealthy version, the wraps can be deep fried for a chimi-chunga type of meal!
