Ingredients

    Sweet Brown Onions aren't availible all year.
    Just enough Butter to Saute
    One Cup of broth per serving, can use beef it preferred
    Basic ingreadents for one person, increase by Number of people served.
    MUST BE SERVED FRESH, CAN NOT REHEAT.

Directions

Mince Garlic and put in pot with melting butter and onions to Saute untill onions turn translucient over meduim flame.
Once Onions are ready Carefully add Chicken Broth and bring to rolling boil for 5-8 min.
Peel and Remove Pit from Avocado and work to smooth consistancy (no lumps).
Turn off pot and remove from burner put on Cork or something not to burn from hot pot.
Wait 1 min to start cooling and then fold in Avocado 1/3 portion at a time till no lumps are seen, add salt and pepper to taste and serve warm. Serves 1
DO NOT COOK AVOCADO, Enjoy
