Pretty traditional stuff with more veggies and no butter. And actually if you make your own broth the night before and skim off the fat before you use it, there's hardly and fat at all. Ingredients

    4 cups stuffing cubes
    1 small package of stuffing cornbread
    3 cups chopped celery
    1 small can of sliced black olives including juice
    1 cup broth
    1 beaten egg
    Season to taste with thyme, salt, pepper, sage and parsely.

Directions

Pretty much dump it all in a big bowl and mix well. Then put it in a flat pan to bake covered and fluff it around after 30 minutes is you like a drier stuffing. And cook it uncovered the last 15 minutes if you like a little crust.
