Introduction

This has always been a family favorite using Creamed Corn. Had a to an ER fix for Thanks giving and came up with this! This has always been a family favorite using Creamed Corn. Had a to an ER fix for Thanks giving and came up with this!

Ingredients

    2 cans whole kernel corn
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 1/2 c crushed saltines(your choice)
    2 T magerine
    1/4 tsp Salt (May omit)
    Dash Pepper

Directions

Preheat 375 oven.Spray 2 qt baking dish with non-cooking spray. Mix corn and soup.Add salt and pepper. Divide margerine into pieces and dot on top of mixture. Sprinkle wi crushed crackers on top. May add more if desired.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.

    I tried this for Easter this year instead of my recipe using creamed corn. This recipe was okay. It is good to know another recipe in case I don't have creamed corn next time around, but if I do have creamed corn on hand, I will use that instead. - 4/5/10
