Ingredients

Frozen Salmon fillets
1/2 fresh lemon
dill weed (fresh or dried)
Butter (salted)
non-stick cooking spray
Directions
Most of the prep time is gathering the ingredients and getting ready! :)
Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees.
In a oven safe casserole dish, spray the nonstick cooking spray on the bottom. Place the frozen fillets in the dish. Place one butter pat on each fillet. Sprinkle all fillets with dill weed and lemon juice to suit your taste. Place uncovered in toaster oven for 15-20 minutes. Bake until fish flakes easily with fork.
Pair with a salad, vegetables or rice.
