The smell is heavenly when cooking in the crockpot and the taste definitely meets up to the standards. The smell is heavenly when cooking in the crockpot and the taste definitely meets up to the standards.

Ingredients

    1 cup steel cut oatmeal
    4 cups water
    1/4 cup splenda brown sugar
    1.5 oz raisins
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 scoops of BSN cinnamon roll protein powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients and place in slow cooker. Stir all ingredients. Stir periodically to keep protein powder from clumping up.
