A random banana cake that I made when I was trying to make a banana bread. I wanted to make it into a recipe so that I would know its nutritional info, and it turned out that this isn't a treat from the lightest end... Oh well. At least it was delicious. Ingredients

    2 bananas
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup orange juice
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 cup flour
    1 tsp baking powder

Directions

Just blend everything together and bake in 200 Celsius.
