Introduction

This sauce is made using the "broth" from poached white fish/flounder This sauce is made using the "broth" from poached white fish/flounder

Ingredients

    2 tbsp Red Wine vinaigrette
    1/2 c reserved juices from poached fish
    1 tbsp Corn Starch
    2 tbsp water
    1/4 tsp. Salad Seasoning with Cheese
    dash of Ground Red Pepper
    black pepper to taste
    1 tsp Soy Sauce

Directions

Cover fish filets with Red Wine Vinaigrette, and poach until done. Reserve 1/2 cup juices from the poached fish in microwave-safe bowl.

Mix Cornstarch with water, stirring to dissolve cornstarch. Add to reserved juice, and mix in Salad Seasoning, and Ground Red Pepper.

Microwave on High for 1-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until sauce begins to bubble. Remove from Microwave, stir in Soy Sauce, and add black pepper to taste.

Serve over fish, rice, or vegetable side dishes with a fish meal.
