Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb of chicken breast (3-4 breasts) dices or thinly sliced
    1 bag of frozen stir fry veggies
    1/2 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
    2 Tbsp Soy Sauce (lite)
    1 Tbsp ground ginger
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    Juice from 1 small orange or 2 Tbsp orange juice
    1 cup cashews (optional)

Directions

In a large sauce pan cook chicken all the way though then add the bag of frozen veggies. Cover and cook on med heat till veggies are cooked. Then add the dressing, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and juice and mix thoroughly.
Serve over the top of noodles or rice or just enjoy it on its own and top with cashews.

    I make something like this often - never used the orange juice before - adds nice flavor to it. I usually add extra, onion, peppers, chili and cumin seasoning. I like it hot. - 12/30/08
