Ingredients

    *Tyson's Fajita Chicken Strips, 16 oz
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 1 cup
    *Peanut Oil, 2.5 tbsp
    *Whole Wheat Tortilla, 10 serving OR Fresh Spinach as desired
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Salsa, 1 cup
    Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning Mix

Directions

4 - 6 Servings
Cook Chicken Strips in the peanut oil as directed. Add Peppers (I actually prefer the fozen strips to save time), onions and tomatoes (I prefer Rotelle instead of fresh onions and tomotoes). Cook until all vegetables are tender. Serve in warmed tortillas or on bed of spinach leaves. Top with desired toppings (cheese, sour cream, salsa)
