Introduction

I found the idea for this recipe in a ground beef cookbook and substituted ground turkey and added some veggies and took out other ingredients. Super quick, easy, delicious, and nutritious! Ingredients

    6 oz. Ground Turkey Extra Lean
    1 16 oz. can Baked Beans
    1/2 cup Frozen sweet corn
    1 red bell pepper diced
    2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
    2 Tbsp. Ketchup
    Dash of Franks red hot sauce
    Garlic salt, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

1. Brown the Ground turkey until no longer pink.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, stir, and let simmer for 5-30 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips or over a baked potato for a great dinner or lunch.
