Ingredients

    1 pkg of 12 oz bean sprouts
    2 tsp mustard
    5 tsp low sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp sugar (or substitute)
    1 tsp sesame oil

Directions

Steam bean sprouts for 2 minutes
Mix mustard, soy sauce, sugar, sesame.
Add to bean sprouts.
Serve warm.

    Rated lower because sprouts aren't a favorite food for me. I have organic vegetables delivered and never knew what to do with the Bean Sprouts. This recipe is simple and I will use it again. - 8/6/11
