Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 6 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    *Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp White Cheddar 2%, 4 oz
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    *Onion powder, .5 tbsp
    Garlic powder, .5 tbsp
    Sage, ground, 1 tsp

Directions

cut potatoes in half lenth wise and slice into 1/4 inch peices, layering in a cassarole dish. shred the cheese and combine the milk, soup and spices, then add the cheese and pour mixture over the top. Bake at 400 until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
