4 oz. Coboss No Sugar Added Milk Chocolate
1 c. Pureed Carrots
1 Large egg
1/4 c. Cocoa Powder
3/4 c. Flour
1 Scoop protein powder
1/4 c. Splenda Brown Sugar Mix
2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. Salt
Directions
Melt chocolate. Puree Carrots. In bowl mix all ingredients until smooth & creamy. Pour into an 8x8 pan or 24 mini muffin tins. Bake at 350.
Bake for 30 min for 8x8 pan.
Bake for 15 min for mini muffins.
