Introduction
This is called Cheater Chili at our house because it is so easy. Everyone always raves about it though.I add the garlic and onion to taste. You can add 2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey to this recipe. If you rinse the beans before adding, you reduce sodium and gas production. Reminds me of the five can chili that I learned to make at a restaurant: One can of each; tomatoes, mushrooms, corn, beans, tomato soup - all added to a pound of ground beef. Make it with taco seasoning or chili powder. Using up salsa in chili is a great idea - keep it from going bad/ moldy. :) - 9/21/13
